Our company buys and sells electricity under bilateral contracts and in organized segments of the electricity market. We buy and sell electricity on the electricity market and export and import electricity at free prices.

We comply with the license terms for trading activities and other regulations governing the operation of the electricity market. We conclude contracts that are mandatory for operating on the electricity market and comply with the conditions of such contracts.

As a responsible company with an understanding of market rules, we faithfully comply with them. We report on the contractual volumes of the purchase and sale of electricity under bilateral contracts, in particular imported and exported electricity, according to the procedure defined by market rules. We are financially responsible for electricity imbalances in accordance with market rules. Pay promptly and in full for electricity purchased on the electricity market and services provided on the electricity market. We provide the Regulator with the information necessary for the performance of its functions and powers established by law.
